Indien recente antibioticakuur: urgent overleg therapie met microbioloog of infectioloog 24/24u
Opmerkingen
- Risicofactoren: koorts, leucocytose, tachycardie (mama en/of foetus), bacteriëmie, uterus pijnlijk, stinkend vruchtwater.
- Oppuntstelling: vaginale wisser: kweek, SOA/BV-screening, GBS / 2 koppels hemoculturen
- Partus/sectio: placenta opsturen voor aërobe & anaërobe kweek!
- *clindamycine resistentie: geef vancomycine
- **gentamcycine steeds op geleide van TDM
